The NPS has suspended all bicycle tours inside Haleakala National Park while assessing the Park’s capacity to safely accomodate an increased volume of visitors and tours operators on its roads. In the interim we are offering Summit Sunrise/Midday ($165) van + bike tours and Express Sunrise/Midday ($125) bike-only tours. The bicycle leg of all tours now begins at 6,500 foot elevation, cruising 28 miles to finish in charming seaside Paia town or 20 miles to Makawao followed by a wine tasting at Maui’s Winery in beautiful Ulupalakua.
